The innovative points of the patent are the use of new design, new structure and new craftwork. The patent has satisfactory results such as high quality, easy processing, raw material saving, processing time reduction, cost reduction, longer service life and is applicable to mass production and various types of vehicle A/C. The original receiver-dryer is large in aluminum pipe volume and needs additional pressure switch, which cause configuration in refrigeration system and low efficiency of A/C. And the original receiver-dryer is complex in processing and costly in production, and is not suitable for mass production.

With the world top class technology and domestic top class equipments, the project will make the company the largest vehicle A/C receiver-dryer producer in China and realize the production capacity of 3,000,000 sets receiver-dryer annually.

Helong Shuanghao High-new Technology Co., Ltd., with its predecessor of Tianjin Huanghao Vehicle A/C Co., Ltd., is a labor-intensive enterprise specialized in research, development, manufacture and sale of vehicle A/C receiver-dryer and subcooler with advanced science and technology and perfect economic returns. The company is located in B-2 area of Helong Industry Park, Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, Jilin Province and covers an area of 35,000 m². The company has 16,000 m² workshops, 106 sets production equipments, 286 employees and 28.6 million Yuan total assets. Founded in January 2008, the company was put into production in August the same year and realized sales revenue of 26.5 million Yuan and tax of 3.4 million Yuan. The company is rich in management talents, including 2 senior engineers, 2 state-level auditors, 5 economist, and 56 engineers and technicians. The company is qualified for ISO/TS 16949:2002 quality management system certificate, which is the technical standard issued by international organization for standardization and the unified quality requirement in global auto industry.
