Soybean protein fiber belongs to renewable plant protein fiber group. It can be blended with wool, linen, cotton, chemical fiber to produce soft and comfortable fabric. And it is the ideal raw material to produce light and soft suit, woolen sweater for spring, autumn and winter, and high-grade bedding items.
Lecithin is indispensable to sustain life. According to clinical trials, lecithin plays an active role in anti-fatty liver and anti-cirrhosis, and has excellent effect to treat acute and chronic hepatitis, movement disorders, mania, psychosis, alzheimer's disease, and protect cardiovascular, lowering blood fat, blood pressure, and cholesterol. Soybean is the major agricultural crop in Yanbian, with an annual output of 300 thousand tons, which provides sufficient raw material guarantee to this project.
II. Construction Scale and Production Plan
The project will produce 50,000 tons soybean protein fiber, 3,000 tons soybean lecithin, 15000 tons edible oil, and 100,000 tons feed annually. The construction land of this project is 300,000 m2 and the building area is 50,000 m2, which include a building area of 20,000 m2 available. The project will purchase modern soybean crushing equipment, soybean protein fiber polymerization equipment, soybean lecithin extraction equipment and accessory equipments.
III. Market Analysis and Economic Benefit Forecast
Annual sales revenue: 2.6 billion Yuan; total profits: 600 million Yuan; total taxes: 100 million Yuan.

The total project investment is 1 billion Yuan, which includes 200 million Yuan of fixed assets investment and 800 million Yuan of working capital. The sources of capital include joint venture, cooperation and sole proprietorship.
