I. Project Background

Helong City is a demonstration city for ecological construction formulated by the state. High quality black fungus industry is an emerging industry with high efficiency to adjust agricultural industry structure and increase farmers' income. It is the base to develop high efficient agriculture in mountain area and a good project to increase agriculture profits. Black fungus was praised as “treasure from the mountain”. In recent years, black fungus attracts more and more people's attention. At present, black fungus is recognized as "green food" and "healthy food" by various countries in the world. Therefore, black fungus is deeply loved by the people and is always served as ingredient in cooking and various style dishes as well as the four seasons snacks.

II. Construction Scale and Production Plan

Invest 110 million Yuan and produce 80 million kilograms selenium-rich black fungus, construct a modern production facility for fungus cultivating bags, provide high quality fungus cultivating bags to farmers, and make black fungus processing.

III. Market Analysis and Economic Benefit Forecast

This project compiles with the state industry policies with ecological, social and economic benefits. This project will help farmers and laid-off workers to throw off poverty and set out on a road to prosperity.

IV. Total Project Investment and Financing Arrangement

The total project investment is 193.98 million Yuan. And 39.4 million Yuan investment has been completed. The project still needs 150 million Yuan foreign investment.
