•       Economic development with good new infrastructure and a flourishing mining industry contribute certainly to a better domestic democratic process, better governance and regional peace

•       Barter deals can result for the industry in a far better negotiating position to procure minerals at better prices or mining licenses at smaller investment cost and will improve competitiveness

VI. Making Congo a Land of peace and well-being

•       Creation of a real service pensions

•       Hospitals in all the capitals of the 26 provinces, the expansion of health coverage and a free health care for AIDS patients and pregnant women

Strategic Objectives:

•       Reduce the high level of activity in the informal sector. This rate is estimated at 67% for rural areas and 46.55% in urban areas.

•       Gradual increase access to drinking water increasing the number of centres from 71 in 2010 to 94 in 2013, improving the rate of return of the national to 75% (58% in 2010).

•       Sanitation Component: increase the rate of improved sanitation facilities to 45% by 2016 (15% in 2010).

•       Habitat component: implementation of the National Plan for Housing Accommodation

•       Increase of the proportion of vulnerable people assisted from 25% in 2010 to 80% in 2013.

VII. Make Congo a Regional power in the heart of Africa

Congo will be having a geostrategic position by becoming a passage required a crossroad a hub in terms of intelligence, telecommunications, transport, movement of goods and people to assert its hegemony on the terms of culture and sports.
