A: The organizing committee will offer unified pick-up and see-off service. VIP participants need to provide the organizing committee with the exact arrival and departure information at least one week in advance. This service is free.

Q: Will the organizing committee providethe accommodation and meals for all participants?

The organizing committee will not provide accommodation and meals for participants in principle, but will offer free five star accommodation and meals to the qualified and confirmed VIPs. Due to the limitation of the capacity of the Changchun shangri-la hotel, the organizing committee has to provide free accommodation in another four star hotel near Shangri-la for the qualified VIPs who sign up at a late time when the quota in Changchun shangri-la hotel is full.

Q: Will the organizing committee provide international travel cost for the participants?

A: The organizing committee will not provide international travel cost for VIPs in principle,but will provide the best summit service including pick-up, see-off, accommodation and meals for VIPs.
