I. Project Background
The automobile industry is the most important pillar industry in Jilin Province. The product category of the First Automobile Works is transforming from trucks only to light-duty vehicles and sedans. And a new product structure mainly symbolized by sedans has been formed up. Therefore, small and medium-sized enterprises in auto parts manufacturing has more space for development. By the end of the 11th five-year plan, China's total vehicle output will reach 1,100,000 units, and the demand for ductile casting parts will be 26,000-35,000 tons. Ductile casting iron project is the state key project, which complies with the relevant industrial policies.
II. Construction Scale and Production Plan
The project will be completed in two phases. In the first phase, 2 new production workshops which are 10,000 m2 respectively will be constructed, with the capacity of 200,000 sets vehicle-used cast parts annually. In the second phase, the production capacity will be upgraded through personnel and market integration and construct a professional cast parts production base with the capacity of 1 million sets annually.
III. Market Analysis and Economic Benefit Forecast
When the first phase construction completed, the project will realize annual sales revenue of 360 million Yuan, total profits of 70 million Yuan and total tax of 30 million Yuan. And when the second phase completed, the project will realize annual sales revenue of 2000 million Yuan. The investment payoff period is 3.5 years.

The total project investment is 250 million Yuan, which include 50 million Yuan for the first phase and 200 million Yuan for the second phase. The project needs 120 million Yuan foreign investment.
